6. Analytics and Website Performance
Grain Hauler Hub may use analytics, monitoring, and performance technologies to understand how visitors use the platform and to identify technical problems.
These technologies may collect information such as:
- Pages visited;
- Features used;
- Approximate visit duration;
- Browser and device characteristics;
- General geographic region;
- Referring website;
- Errors and performance information; and
- Other aggregated or technical usage information.
This information may be used to improve website performance, reliability, usability, and security.
Grain Hauler Hub currently uses Cloudflare Web Analytics for aggregate website measurement. This service is designed to operate without client-side analytics cookies and without recording URL query strings.
Optional Meta Campaign Measurement
With a visitor's permission, Grain Hauler Hub may use the Meta Pixel to understand whether Facebook or Instagram outreach leads to useful website activity. The measured actions may include campaign landing-page visits, registration steps, facility searches or detail views, and successful driver report submissions.
Grain Hauler Hub does not configure these conversion events to send form-field contents, facility search words, report values, names, email addresses, phone numbers, usernames, account identifiers, or facility identifiers as Meta event parameters. The Meta Pixel may still receive technical information ordinarily associated with a web request, including an IP address, browser or device information, the page URL, referring information, and Meta cookies or identifiers if present.
Meta campaign measurement remains off unless the visitor selects “Allow measurement.” Grain Hauler Hub does not currently use Meta Conversions API server-side tracking.
7. Cookies and Similar Technologies
Grain Hauler Hub and its service providers may use cookies, local storage, web beacons, pixels, IP addresses, and similar technologies to operate and improve the website.
These technologies may be used for purposes including:
- Maintaining login sessions;
- Remembering preferences;
- Security and fraud prevention;
- Website functionality;
- Measuring traffic and usage;
- Performance monitoring;
- Analytics;
- Advertising;
- Ad measurement; and
- Managing user privacy and consent choices.
Users may be able to control or delete cookies through their browser settings. Disabling certain cookies may affect the functionality of Grain Hauler Hub.
Grain Hauler Hub stores a first-party measurement-consent preference so the site can remember whether the visitor selected “Allow measurement” or “Essential only.” This preference does not contain a unique user identifier. If optional Meta measurement is declined or later withdrawn, Grain Hauler Hub does not load the Meta Pixel and attempts to remove Meta measurement cookies set for this site.
8. Google AdSense and Advertising
Grain Hauler Hub may use Google AdSense and other advertising services to display advertisements.
Third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses, or other identifiers to collect information as a result of advertisements being served on Grain Hauler Hub.
Google and other advertising providers may use cookies to serve advertisements based on a user's previous visits to Grain Hauler Hub or other websites.
Google's use of advertising cookies enables Google and its advertising partners to serve advertisements to users based on visits to Grain Hauler Hub and/or other websites on the Internet.
Users may manage or opt out of personalized advertising through Google's Ads Settings at:
https://adssettings.google.com/
Additional information about how Google uses information from websites and applications that use Google services is available at:
https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites
Other third-party advertising vendors or networks may also use cookies or similar technologies in connection with advertising displayed on Grain Hauler Hub. Where applicable, users may be able to manage advertising preferences through the applicable provider's privacy or advertising-choice tools.
Some advertisements may be personalized based on information associated with a user's browser, device, activity, or advertising preferences. Other advertisements may be non-personalized or based primarily on the content being viewed, general geographic location, or other contextual information.
9. Consent and Privacy Choices
Depending on a user's location, Grain Hauler Hub may provide a consent message or other privacy controls relating to cookies, advertising, analytics, and similar technologies.
Where required by applicable law or Google advertising policies, Grain Hauler Hub may use a consent-management platform to obtain and communicate user choices concerning personalized advertising and related data processing.
Users in certain jurisdictions, including the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland, may be presented with additional choices regarding the use of personal information, cookies, and personalized advertising.
Consent choices may affect whether personalized, non-personalized, or limited advertisements are displayed.
Visitors can review or change the optional Meta measurement choice at any time by using the “Privacy Choices” control in the website footer. Choosing “Essential only” does not prevent access to Grain Hauler Hub features.
The Grain Hauler Hub measurement choice is separate from consent choices that Google may present for advertising. Changing one choice does not automatically change the other.
Users may also control certain cookies and tracking technologies through their browser or device settings.
10. Data Retention
Grain Hauler Hub retains personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to:
- Maintain active user accounts;
- Operate and improve the platform;
- Maintain appropriate security and audit records;
- Resolve disputes;

- Prevent fraud and abuse; and
- Comply with legal requirements.
Certain information may be retained after an account is closed where reasonably necessary for security, legal, recordkeeping, operational, or legitimate business purposes.
Community-generated reports or information derived from reports may be retained separately from an individual's active account where reasonably necessary to preserve historical facility information, statistics, trends, platform integrity, or operational records.
Where appropriate, retained information may be aggregated or anonymized.
11. Data Security
Grain Hauler Hub uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.
These measures may include authentication controls, access restrictions, encrypted communications, secure infrastructure, monitoring, backups, and other appropriate safeguards.
However, no website, computer system, network, or electronic transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Users acknowledge that information transmitted or stored electronically may be subject to risks outside Grain Hauler Hub's reasonable control.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and should promptly notify Grain Hauler Hub if they believe their account has been compromised.
12. Access, Correction, and Deletion Requests
Users may contact Grain Hauler Hub to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information associated with their account, subject to applicable legal, security, operational, and record-retention requirements.
Grain Hauler Hub may need to verify the identity of the person making a request before providing access to or modifying personal information.
Certain information may not be deleted where retention is reasonably necessary to:
- Meet legal obligations;
- Prevent fraud or abuse;
- Protect the security or integrity of the platform;
- Maintain necessary business or audit records;
- Resolve disputes;
- Enforce agreements; or
- Preserve information that has been appropriately aggregated or anonymized.
Requests may be submitted using the contact information provided at the end of this Privacy Policy.
13. Children
Grain Hauler Hub is intended for use in connection with commercial transportation, grain hauling, agricultural operations, and related activities.
The platform is not directed toward children, and Grain Hauler Hub does not knowingly seek to collect personal information from children.
If Grain Hauler Hub becomes aware that personal information has been collected from a child contrary to applicable law, reasonable steps may be taken to remove that information.
14. External Links and Third-Party Services
Grain Hauler Hub may contain links to or integrate with third-party services, including mapping services, hosting services, email services, analytics services, advertising services, and external websites.
Those third parties operate under their own privacy policies, terms, and practices.
Grain Hauler Hub is not responsible for the privacy practices, content, security, availability, or policies of third-party websites or services.
Users are encouraged to review the applicable privacy policies of third-party services they choose to access or use.
15. International Processing
Some service providers used by Grain Hauler Hub may process or store information outside the user's province, territory, state, or country.
As a result, information may be subject to the laws and lawful access requirements of the jurisdictions in which it is processed or stored.
Grain Hauler Hub may use service providers located in Canada, the United States, or other jurisdictions where reasonably necessary to operate the platform.
16. Changes to This Privacy Policy
Grain Hauler Hub may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the platform, technology, service providers, advertising practices, legal requirements, or privacy practices.
When material changes are made, the revised Privacy Policy will be posted on the website with an updated effective date.
Where additional notice or consent is required by applicable law, Grain Hauler Hub will take reasonable steps to provide that notice or obtain the required consent.
