Request account deletion
Use this page to request deletion of your Grain Hauler Hub account and associated personal data, whether you use the website or the Android app. You do not need to sign in.
What happens next
Send your request using the email address on your account. We will contact you to verify ownership before making changes. Do not include your password or verification codes.
Submitting this form does not immediately delete your account. We will confirm when your request is completed and explain any information that must be retained and why. Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle information and retention requests.
Our policy is to preserve useful elevator activity while removing your account details, report ownership and contributor ranking. After account deletion, individual reports are shown for up to 30 days after the original report time. Older retained detail is combined into facility counts and wait-time statistics during deletion or the next scheduled cleanup, without individual report timestamps or account identifiers.
Uninstalling the app does not delete your account. Deleting an account on the website does not erase saved reports already on your phone. To remove those local copies, clear the app's storage in Android Settings or uninstall it.

In your message, tell us that you want your account deleted. If you cannot access the account email, provide a contact email and explain that in your message so we can help verify ownership.
